‘Finding My Way’ Workbook

The ‘Finding My Way’ workbook is a creative and compassionate workbook designed for children and young people aged eight and above who are currently living with, or have previously been impacted by addiction within their family.

If you’re a professional working with children and young people—in schools, social care, youth services, or healthcare - Finding My Way can be a powerful tool to support the emotional wellbeing of those navigating incredibly tough circumstances.

Introducing Finding My Way – A Workbook for Young People Affected by Addiction in the Family.

The workbook is a thoughtful, age-appropriate resource that enables young people to safely develop knowledge, explore their feelings, build resilience, and understand that they are not alone.

Inspired by Sheffield Young Carers work with families through the MPACT (Moving Parents and Children Together) programme, this workbook was developed with an inspiring group of young people who drew from their own lived experiences to shape its content and approach.
